Sloka 212
పంచానామపి కోశానాం
నిషేధే యుక్తితః కృతే|
తన్ నిషేధావధిః సాక్షీ
బోధరూపో అవశిష్యతే||
పంచానామపి కోశానాం -
of the five sheaths
యుక్తితః కృతే నిషేధే -
negated through reasoning
తన్ నిషేధావధిః -
after that boundary of negations
సాక్షీ బోధరూపో -
the witness- ship of the form of absolute knowledge
అవశిష్యతే - only remains
In that process of negating all five sheaths, what is left in that process is the witness-ship which is of the form of pure knowledge.
When all the five sheaths have been eliminated by reasoning, what remains as the culminating point of the process of negation is the Witness, the knowledge absolute.
That is Self. That is Paramatman.

అవస్థాత్రయ సాక్షీ సన్ -

real and free from all modifications and blemish
సదానన్దః సవిజ్ఞేయః -

స్వాత్మత్వేన విపశ్చితా
by the wiseman as his own Self.
This Self ( that remained after negating all five sheaths) is self-effulgent, distinct from the five sheaths. It is witness of the three states, real and free from all modifications and blemish. It should realized as everlasting Bliss by the wiseman as his own Self.
The self-effulgent Atman, which is distinct from five sheaths is the Witness of the three states ( of waking, sleeping and dream states), the real , changeless, untainted, everlasting Bliss, is to be realized by wisemen as his own Self.
