"Oh Arjuna ! Listen again to that supreme utterance which being interested in your welfare I am telling you who will take delight in it."

Vibhuti is the glory or richness. Vibhuti also means the manifestations of God. It is In the context of Gita the dialog on Brahman it is the glory or richness of the Brahman as well as the pervasiveness and manifestations of Brahman.

When the universe itself is a glory of the Brahman, one who is already attuned to the thought of the all-pervasive Brahman would wonder what is that part which does not constitute the glory of Brahman. So the next step of the need for reiterating the glory of the Brahman would thus be redundant.

But Gita is about leading one person step by step into the realm of Brahman. For the converted this is a confirmation . For others knowing this becomes necessary step.

The glory of the Brahman has already been mentioned in Chapter seven, eight and nine too. In the seventh chapter Krishna says :

(I am) The taste in the water, light in the Sun and moon, the"Om" in Vedas, the sound in the space, the virility in men"

Krishna firmly adds
"Oh Partha know me as the seed in all"
This is a good enough indication of the glory of "Him"

Then the ninth chapter ends with a exhortation from Krishna saying

Meaning that
" Be one with mind focused on me, pay obeisance to me. With mind focused on me and accepting me as the supreme goal you will attain me "

To have a single minded focus on the Him , the knowledge of the glories of "Him" will be immense help in getting the mind focused on "Him". Hence Krishna here teaches the Glories of Brahman

"Oh Arjuna ! listen again to that supreme utterance which being interested in your welfare I am telling you who will take delight in it."
"
That supreme utterance is about the glories of the Supreme one.
This is not known to everybody.
" My powers are not known to Devas and others ,.."
It is also not known to Maharshis etc.
If you want to why it is not known the answer is there too.
I am the first one" and he is the cause of it all.

Then Krishna goes on to elaborate further

- Intelligence , knowledge , non-delusion ,forgiveness , truth , control of external organs, tranquility of internal organs , happiness, sorrow, birth existence fear and fearlessness - all these spring from "Him" alone.

From him were born the seven Rishis and the four Manus. With their minds focused on "Him "the rest of the beings evolved from them.

Among those beings that came forth, those who knew the glory of the Brahman are able to focus on him with unwavering mind. Knowing the glories of "Him" has many advantages. Krishna goes on to elaborate.

Meaning,
- those having mind focused on me
- those whose life is absorbed in me
- teaching each other ( about me)

(are ) satisfied and delighted !

Those who know the glory of the supreme get that delight.

For such people - who are steadfast
"presenting them the way of discrimination"(10.10)

Having been taught about Karma yoga, Jnyana yoga, Moksha Sannyasa Yoga, Vijnyana yoga, Rajavidya Rajaguhya yoga, realizing that for steadfastness in contemplation as the key , Arjuna realizes that the knowledge of glories of the Supreme one will help in such steadfastness. So Arjuna asks Krishna to elaborate on the same.
"O Krishna ! Tell me again in detail your yoga and glories I am not content until I hear that nectar ( of Glory) "

Thus having raised the curiosity of Arjuna Krishna tells the glory that has - અન્તઃ ન અસ્તિ or "has no end". Krishna is telling beforehand that there is no end to the glories of "Him".

So he will detail in order of their importance.

Then Krishna starts the teaching of the glories of "Him"
શ્રી ભગવાનુવાચ||
"Oh Arjuna I am the Self residing in the hearts of all beings. I am the origin. The middle as also the end of all beings."

By saying -અહમાત્મા - "I am the self" Krishna is reiterating the Mahavakya of Vedas that self is none other than the supreme being itself. Having stated that he will elaborate on the glories in order of their importance and then first stating that -" I am the self-residing in all " - Krishna states that statement -" I am the self-residing in all " , as the most important aspect of the spiritual learnings.

Then Krishna goes on to elaborate on the excellences that constitute the supreme one.
He is the :

As a last word Krishna again says the following ;
" Oh Arjuna there is no end to my glories ".

So how to know all of it ? Krishna gives a simple principle as a guide for that knowledge.

meaning "whatever, whatever" " all that "
Whatever is
" વિભૂતિમત્ " - endowed with glory
" શ્રીમત્" - endowed with auspiciousness
"ઊર્જિતં એવ વા" - endowed with energy
"તત્ તત્" - all of that
Is "endowed with my power"
That is the glory of the supreme one(10.41).

Then comes Krishna's punch line:
- "Arjuna! That you should know"
Krishna tells Arjuna that all that is best in a being is glory of the Supreme one. And emphasiszes to Arjuna that that is what he should know.

Indeed that is what we all need to know too !

More clearly Krishna adds
Meaning,
I am supporting
ઇદં કૃત્સ્નં - all this ( world)
એકાંશેન- with a part ( of myself)

"Arjuna I exist supporting all this universe with a part of myself "
That defines all the glories of the Supreme being.
