That which shines, without activity beyond itself ;

Here referring to 'यत्', that which is, and the word 'अनपरम्',   Guru is referring to the Sruti (Vedas) line which says, That this Brhman that has nothing before or after, that which is without cause or effect, that which has nothing to effectuate beyond itself; Brahman is devoid of any activity pertaining to any object.  That shines by itself too.

beyond the Supreme;

Saying beyond Supreme, Guru is saying, it is beyond the very first, Hiranyagarbha; beyond the ignorance which is the cause of all;

non differnet from Jiva , which forms the innermost substance ( being) of all; of unitary nature, possessed of the nature of Atman;

Guru is affirming that Brahman is of the nature of atman. Also that that Brahman is you.

that which is of the nature of existence , knowledge and bliss; endless and without begining (infinite); undecaying and eternal ;

That Brahman is endless and without begining ; undecaying and eternal;  these are the same attributes of Atman too ; Guru is reiterating that you are that Brahman.

meditate on that 'thou art Brahman';

Sloka 265 summary :

That which shines without activity beyond itself ; that which is non differnet from Jiva, which forms the innermost substance ( being) of all; and is of unitary nature, possessed of the nature of Atman; that which is of the nature of existence , knowledge and bliss; that which is endless and without begining (infinite); undecaying and eternal; Meditate on that. 'thou art that Brahman'

Sloka 265:

Splitting words and rewriting, it is as follows:

इमं उक्तम् अर्थम् - that teaching here
प्रथितयुक्तिभिः धिया - by famous reasoning because of its being in line with Shrutis /Vedas
धिया - in antah karana free from blemish
आत्मनि स्वयम् भावय - meditate yourself in your mind:

That teaching here (of identity between Jivatma paramatma) by famous reasoning because of its being in line with Shrutis /Vedas, meditate on that in your mind.

In the last few Slokas Guru repeatedly invokes Shrutis lines in support of his teaching.

In all the Slokas the last line was  - ब्रह्म तत्त्वम् असि भावयात्मनि; here Guru repeated that in the first two lines.

beyond doubt like the water in your palm;

करम् means hand or palm in the context;
beyond doubt like the water in your palm

by that ( meditation in your mind about Brahman), you will be with out doubts about that truth  .

That teaching here ( of identity between Jivatma paramatma) by famous reasoning because of its being in line with Shrutis /Vedas, meditate on that in your mind ; By that ( meditation in your mind about Brahman), you will be with out doubts about that truth, like the water in your palm

Guru is conluding his teaching on 'That you are that Brahman', with thses words.
