Viveka Chudamani Slokas 384-386 :

Having elaborated on how to meditate in Sloka 379, and then firmly stating that the aim of meditation is , guru continues to elaborate on Self in Slokas  384-386 .

Sloka  384:

fixing the pure Antah-Karana upon ones inner self ;

that which is witness and pure knowledge;

Here pure Antah-Karana mean that which is free from the Rajo Tamo gunas. One should meditate with mind free from other impediments of Rajo and Tamo gunas.  In meditation the concentration comes slowly ultimately attaining the state of being unmoving. ( Nischalatattva)
Guru makes that point in the next line

little by little attaining the quititude ;

one should behold the fullness of one's self ;
