We are pleased to announce that the Kasarabada Kamaraju Charitable Trust has handed over a cheque for Rs. 100,000 to Majeti Guraviah High School, Guntur, last month. A very large number of Kasarabada children passed through the MGH School Guntur. The donation is a recognition of the same.

The Trust has instituted two awards one for the Best Student and another for the Best Teacher using the interest proceeds from the donation given to the School. The awards have been instituted as " Kasarabada Gopalakrishna award for the Best Student" and "Pandit Vijayraghavrao award for the Best Teacher". The Trust established the foundation grants in a manner that allows the capital to grow with time. This also ensures that the award amounts keep growing with time. Thus making the awards relevant and appropriate even with passage of time. The trust also hopes to enhance the present grant of Rs 100,000 to Rs 200,000 establishing the same firmly on the path of a self sustaining scheme of awards.
