Kasarabada.org wishes all its readers a very Happy Ugadi. This year is named Khara.

Khara is starting off on good note with the India winning World cup in Cricket.

For Kasarabada.org , this is the first Ugadi. We started with an ambitious venture of bringing the Tenth Skandha of Bhagavatam on a weekly basis as part of our Bhagavatam pages. This week the Bhagavatam story continues with the Chapter 36 of Dasama Skandha. So we are about 36 weeks old !. At the current pace of one chapter every week Dasama Skandha ( 90 chapters) is expected to be completed by next Ugadi !!.

Chapter 36 of Tenth Skandha is about Killing of Arishta and Kamsa realizing that Krishna is the eighth child of Devaki starts planning to bring the Krishna and Balaram to his Capital by hook or crook and kill them . He deputes Akrura to bring Krishna and Balarama to mathura on the pretext of participation in the wrestling matches

We have also completed the Telugu version ( poems) of Sundarakanda by Pandit Vijayragahavrao with the last chapter tittlled "hanumamtuni Punaraagamanam". The Ramayanam page carries the ful telugu version of Sundarakanda now.Sundarakanda is supposedly one of the most powerful poems. We hope the telugu version we carried provides the same powers .

"One more thing" continues as before . This time with Parikshit asking Sukadeva ( X.33.28) to explain Krishnas Raslila saying .." the Master of Yadu dynasty certainly performed that which is contemptible. Pl explain". The questioning and dialog are part of our heritage from time immemorial. The unquestioning obedience is neither expected nor required.
