7th October 2010 is the start of Navaratris celebrated all over India with the tenth day , Vijaya Dasami celebrated on 17th October 2010.

The Bhagavatam story form Tenth Skandha continues. With Gargamuni announcing that the Yashoda's child will be known as Krishna, the focus is on the child hood of Krishna. The Chapters 9 and 10 detail the story of liberation of Kubera's sons from Sage Narad's curse.The hymn of the liberated devotees in praise of the supreme soul is very beautiful. One of the slokas from the Hymn is presented at the end of the chapter 10. The movement of Nanda and other Gopas from Gokul to Vrindavan on the banks of river Yamuna and the death of Vrittasura and Bakasura, the demons sent to kill Krishna is also detailed in Chapter 11.
The Telugu Sundarakanda Poem of Pandit Elchuri Vijayraghavrao continues with Part 6 covering Hanuman taking on Rakshasas in Lanka.
